Chiropractic

Chiropractic care is a hands-on therapy that may include, diagnosis, manual manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and exercises.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is a hands-on treatment to relieve painful, sore, tight, recovering, or dysfunctional muscles. This type of therapy is safe and can be relaxing at times while improving mobility and increasing blood circulation.

Why I do what I do:

I chose massage therapy because pain is complicated, multifaceted, and unique to each individual. Integrating personal and professional experiences, my goal is to reassure individuals that they are not alone in their journey toward healing. It’s a privilege to accompany our patients on this path, offering quality care, empathy, and a safe space for their healing process.

I have been involved in the art of chiropractic starting from a young age and I love what I do! My late father was a pioneer in this industry and my uncle is a successful chiropractor. I love what I do because it allows me to help so many different people while keeping me on my toes. See me if: You want to get rid of your headaches, take away back pain, improve your posture, educate yourself on better health, prevent future injuries, and live a healthier life. For those who suffer from post-concussion symptoms, I offer cranial acupressure (Cranial adjusting). This technique focuses on understanding the impacts on the head and the alignment of the skull on the neck. Concussions always have whiplash and sometimes can create a pressure build-up in the soft tissues surrounding the sutures of the head. The cranial acupressure technique examines the skull to find where the misalignments are and manually applies a force to bring the bones of the skull into position and reduce the tension in the soft tissue. I treat patients with a versatile approach and believe that motion is the lotion of life, and education is paramount. Once you understand what is going on with your body, you can work toward any health goal and make it achievable. Qualifications and Courses: Doctor of Chiropractic – Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (2014) A.T.S level I, II (2011, 2013) Joyce Miller Pediatric Course (2013) Bachelor of Fine Arts/Biology – Concordia University (2009)
